A group of women artists and myself decided to collaborate on this mural. Our theme was animals and we wanted to include as many women as possible on this project. We had a great time getting to know our styles and well as our personalities. I made new friendships through this project. I hope the public enjoys the “Animal Parade” at the Bird Road Art District as much I did creating it. Don’t be afraid to take a picture next to your favorite animal. So far we have included a panda, lion, butterfly, frog, turtle, giraffe, monkey, spider, humming bird, scarab beetle, camel, owl and a bunny named Dolores! It is still a work in progress:)
